Batting first, the Proteas posted a formidable total of 365 for 9 in their allotted 50 overs, propelled by a sensational 142 off 93 balls from David Miller, which featured 12 boundaries and 9 towering sixes.
Captain Temba Bavuma also anchored the innings brilliantly with a 116-ball 103, comprising ten fours and two sixes. For Australia, Jack Edwards starred with the ball by claiming five wickets, while Josh Hazlewood chipped in with three.
