QUETTA: Security forces killed seven militants in two separate intelligence-based operations in Balochistan under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3, security sources said.
In the first operation, security forces targeted militants in the Fateh Ali area of Panjgur, killing five members of Fitna al-Hindustan, according to the sources. The operation also led to the recovery of a large quantity of weapons and ammunition.
Separately, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Dhadar area of Kachhi district, where they killed two more militants. Several other militants also sustained injuries during the operation, the sources said.
The latest operations come as security forces continue targeted actions against militant groups across Balochistan to counter terrorist activity and maintain security in the province.
