QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has reaffirmed his commitment to improving women’s safety, education and empowerment, stressing that a secure environment and equal opportunities are essential for building a brighter future for women across the province.

As part of efforts to protect women from harassment, an emergency assistance application has been introduced to provide quick access to help.

The initiative indicates growing efforts to use technology to improve personal safety and strengthen emergency response mechanisms for women.

Chief Minister Bugti also focused on the importance of providing women with quality education and equal opportunities.

He said that women can play a vital role in the social and economic development of Balochistan when they are provided with a safe and supportive environment.

Education, he stressed, remains an important foundation for empowering women and enabling them to participate more effectively in society.
