D.I KHAN: A youth in Dera Ismail Khan was arrested by City Police for engaging in indecent behavior while disguised in a white burqa to impersonate a woman during Independence Day celebrations.
According to police, the suspect was violating local traditions associated with the white burqa by committing vulgar acts on the night of August 14.
Following received complaints, law enforcement acted promptly to apprehend the individual and has initiated further legal proceedings against him.
