GUJRAT: A fatal collision between two passenger buses on Kala Khatai Road near Narang Mandi has resulted in five deaths and left 25 others injured.
Rescue officials reported that the accident occurred near the Sidhanwali Stop when a bus traveling from Lahore to Shakargarh attempted to avoid a motorcyclist and crashed into an oncoming bus.
The impact caused both buses to lose control and veer off the road into adjacent fields.
Emergency teams arrived on-site to provide initial medical assistance and transport the injured to a nearby hospital, while three victims in critical condition were subsequently transferred to Lahore for further treatment.
