Police named S&GAD official Aftab Jabal, his wife, Small Industries Director Iqbal and Masood Mengal as accused in the case.
In his complaint, Zarif Khan alleged that his brother had been subjected to continuous blackmail by Aftab Jabal and others.
He claimed that Jabal repeatedly threatened and intimidated Muhammad Asif by invoking the name of his daughter, causing him severe mental distress.
According to the complainant, the alleged threats and blackmail pushed Muhammad Asif into extreme psychological pressure.
