GWADAR: South Air’s first test flight successfully landed at the New Gwadar International Airport, marking a significant milestone for the facility’s operational readiness.

Airport officials and representatives of relevant agencies welcomed the aircraft upon arrival.

The successful landing represents an important step toward enhancing Gwadar’s air connectivity and expanding commercial activity in the region.

Officials said the test flight would pave the way for the launch of regular domestic and international flight operations from the airport.

They added that the airport’s full operationalization is expected to support economic growth, improve regional connectivity, and strengthen trade and investment opportunities in Pakistan’s southwestern coastal region.
