RAWALPINDI: Bushra Bibi, wife of former prime minister Imran Khan, was allowed to meet her family inside Adiala Jail on Friday.
According to jail sources, Bushra Bibi’s family members arrived at the prison specifically for the meeting. Those who visited included her daughter, Mubashara Sheikh, and her sister-in-law, Mehr-un-Nisa.
The jail administration permitted the meeting, which was held in the jail’s conference room. During the 45-minute gathering, family members inquired about Bushra Bibi’s eye, which has been reported to be affected. The sources added that the under-trial cases were also discussed in detail during the meeting.
Following the conclusion of the proceedings, Bushra Bibi’s family left Adiala Jail.
