Every Third BLA Fighter Possesses 2 Million Rupee Gun — Proof of Indian Funding

ISLAMABAD: In a latest propaganda video, the banned Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has featured and revealed its female fighters armed with lethal, modern US-made weapons, raising serious questions about the group’s funding sources.

The video shows female militants carrying M-4, M-5, and M-16 rifles, alongside luxury vehicles. According to security analysts, the appearance of such high-grade weaponry points to substantial external financing.

The question about the organisation’s funding, officials say, answers itself. Evidence increasingly points toward foreign hands — particularly India — funding the group at a large scale. In Pakistan’s black market, an M-4 rifle is priced at approximately 2 million Pakistani rupees, while M-16 and other similar weapons cost around 1.2 million PKR each.

The video indicates that nearly every third fighter among the group now possesses these modern weapons — a dramatic escalation from the group’s previously known capabilities. Security agencies have taken note of the development and are reviewing the footage for intelligence leads.
