KARACHI: Flour prices have increased further in several cities across the country.
According to a private TV channel citing the Bureau of Statistics, the price of a 20kg flour bag in Karachi increased by Rs100 during the past week, reaching Rs2,600.
In Lahore, flour prices also saw a significant rise, with the cost of a 20kg bag increasing by up to Rs290.
Similarly, the price of a 20kg flour bag went up by Rs93 in Islamabad and Rs80 in Rawalpindi.
Meanwhile, flour became costlier by Rs150 in Peshawar and by Rs140 in Khuzdar.
