RAWALPINDI: Field Marshal Asim Munir focused on national unity, resilience, and preparedness while confirming the country’s commitment to regional peace and stability during a prestigious ceremony held in Rawalpindi.
The event was attended by Asim Munir as the chief guest, along with the chiefs of Pakistan’s three armed services, senior military officials, war veterans, and other distinguished dignitaries. The ceremony was organized to commemorate Pakistan’s response to what officials described as India’s “false flag operation” in Pahalgam and the subsequent alleged unprovoked aggression against Pakistan.
In this regard, Field Marshal Asim Munir stated that the nation responded to enemy aggression with unity, courage, and determination. He praised the armed forces for demonstrating professionalism and operational excellence while safeguarding Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity during challenging circumstances.
