ISLAMABAD: The district administration has announced the reopening of public and goods transport across the city. In this regard, all types of transport vehicles are now permitted to enter Islamabad without restriction, indicating a major step towards normalizing mobility and easing logistical challenges.
The administration further confirmed that all bus terminals in the city have been reopened to facilitate commuters and transport operators. However, the Faizabad bus terminal will remain closed until further notice due to administrative and operational considerations.
Goods transport has also been allowed to operate freely, which is expected to improve supply chain operations and reduce delays in the delivery of essential commodities.
