Karachi: During the ongoing Matric Board examinations, Sindh Board Minister Ismail Rahu visited a school in Lyari where widespread cheating was discovered.
A large number of mobile phones and cheating materials were recovered from students.
It was also observed that two students were being made to sit on a single desk in small classrooms.
In one special room, only four students were found using mobile phones and cheating notes.
When Minister Ismail Rahu checked their answer sheets, all papers were found to be identical, word for word.
The Minister sought an explanation from the Center Superintendent, who failed to provide a satisfactory reply.
Ismail Rahu immediately ordered the cancellation of the examination center and the removal of the Center Superintendent.
