Loralai: Police in Balochistan’s Loralai district have successfully foiled a major terrorism plot through a timely intelligence-based operation.
DIG Loralai Range Junaid Ahmed Sheikh and SSP Dr. Fahad Ahmed addressed a press conference and stated that on a tip-off, police conducted a successful raid in the Pori Tik mountain area and recovered a huge quantity of explosive material intended for terrorist activities.
According to the officials, the recovered items include:
- 10 kg of TNT
- 8 kg of Black Explosive
- 4 IEDs (2 small, 2 large)
- 11 detonators
- 6 meters of safety fuse
- 165 SMG rounds
- 1 kg of ball bearings
- 11 meters of banna cord
DIG Junaid Ahmed Sheikh further said that the police will continue their frontline role in the fight against terrorism.
