QUETTA: The Balochistan Education Department has announced that all public and private educational institutions across the province will reopen from April 1, 2026.
According to an official notification, temporary closures imposed under fuel-saving measures have been lifted. Schools will resume regular classes from Wednesday.
The department said all institutions will now operate under a five-day weekly schedule, from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday will remain holidays.
Officials added that all examinations and assessments will proceed as per the previously announced schedule. The recent will not affect exam dates.
