The tensions across the Middle East have intensified as Iran continues its retaliatory operations following reported joint strikes by the United States and Israel.
The latest developments have led to a series of missile launches, explosions, and heightened security alerts across several cities in the region.
The Israeli military confirmed that additional missiles were launched from Iran toward Israeli territory. As a result, air raid sirens were activated in Tel Aviv, Haifa, and other cities.
The international media agencies indicated that explosions were heard near Abu Dhabi International Airport and in Doha. In Abu Dhabi, officials confirmed casualties following a missile strike in a civilian area.
The authorities in the United Arab Emirates stated that several incoming missiles were intercepted by the country’s air defense systems. The UAE government emphasized that it would take all necessary measures to safeguard its territory and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents.
In Iraq, rocket attacks were reported on military bases hosting US forces, particularly in the Kurdistan region.
Iranian media outlets reported that Israeli airstrikes targeted areas in southern Iran, resulting in the deaths of five female students. Additionally, a primary school in the city of Minab was reportedly struck during an air raid.
Iranian authorities also stated that several senior commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps were killed in the attacks.
The unfolding situation has raised serious concerns within the international community. Diplomatic sources have called for restraint and emphasized the importance of dialogue to prevent further deterioration of regional stability.
