ISLAMABAD: Advisor to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, has stated that the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is in good health, asserting that the party’s concerns on the matter are politically motivated.
Speaking on a private TV program, Rana Sanaullah addressed the ongoing political narrative surrounding the PTI founder’s well-being and medical care. “The health of the founder of PTI is completely fine. PTI’s stance is political,” he claimed.
The Advisor levelled allegations regarding the party’s intentions, suggesting their rhetoric is aimed at creating instability. “The PTI will continue its political stance until their goal is achieved. Their goal is that some kind of accident should happen so that a street movement starts,” Rana Sanaullah stated.
He also commented on the issue of medical treatment for the PTI founder, linking it to the party’s political statements regarding Bushra Bibi. “The PTI people want to stop Bushra Bibi’s meetings by making political statements. If they make such statements, these meetings will also be stopped,” he warned.
Clarifying the process regarding medical examinations, Rana Sanaullah said that it was the doctors themselves who decided on the venue. “The doctors had decided that the founder of PTI can be examined in jail. The doctors themselves decided that the founder will not be injected in jail but in a hospital,” he explained.
