Islamabad: Shahid Afridi has demanded that two to three changes be made in the national team.
In a recent statement, the former all-rounder said that given the current team’s performance, Namibia will not prove to be any less challenging an opponent than England or South Africa.
He pointed out that the team took four spinners but did not have a single specialist spin coach accompanying them.
Afridi added that the team should not feel any major difference even if Shaheen Shah Afridi and Babar Azam are rested or left out.
He emphasized that in big matches, senior players are always preferred and played.
He also remarked that no one seems to be guiding Shadab Khan about what exactly is going wrong with his game.
