Balochistan Weather: Cold Spell Persists Across Province

QUETTA: Cold weather continued across several parts of Pakistan’s Balochistan province, with temperatures dropping to near-freezing levels in some areas, the Pakistan Meteorological Department said on Tuesday.

The department reported a minimum temperature of 12 degrees Celsius in Sibi, while Turbat recorded 16 degrees Celsius.

In western Balochistan, Nokkundi recorded a low of 11 degrees Celsius, while Chaman saw temperatures fall to 7 degrees Celsius, reflecting the ongoing cold spell.

Colder conditions prevailed in the northern districts, where Ziarat recorded a minimum temperature of minus one degree Celsius, and Zhob recorded 3 degrees Celsius.
