CM Bugti, acting on plea, orders Rizwana Bibi’s appointment as Band Master

Senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA), Haji Ali Madad Jatak, has heaped praise on Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti,

QUETTA: In a heartening display of responsive governance, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has personally intervened to appoint a talented former student as the Band Master of her alma mater, Government Girls High School in Jinnah Town, Quetta. The appointment of Ms. Rizwana Bibi brings a successful conclusion to her long-standing pursuit of the position, which had been stalled by bureaucratic delays.

The decisive action took place three days ago during Chief Minister Bugti’s visit to the school. Seizing the opportunity, Rizwana Bibi and the school administration personally presented her case directly to the CM. They detailed her dedication and exceptional abilities, explaining that despite her qualifications and a formal application for the vacant Band Master post, her file had remained stuck in departmental red tape.

Moved by the appeal, Chief Minister Bugti took immediate notice. He directed the concerned authorities on the spot to resolve the matter promptly and without further delay. His directive cut through the administrative backlog that had held up the appointment. Following his instructions, the Balochistan Education Department swiftly processed and formally issued Rizwana Bibi’s appointment orders.

The school community has hailed this development as a significant and positive step. Both the school administration and Rizwana Bibi expressed their profound gratitude to Chief Minister Bugti. They stated that his personal interest and prompt action did more than just provide a job to a deserving candidate; it served as a powerful symbol of encouragement for young girls across the province. This gesture demonstrates that talent and perseverance can be recognized and rewarded, setting a new precedent for merit-based appointments and direct leadership in addressing public grievances.

Meanwhile the Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has strongly criticized Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi over his recent remarks regarding Pakistan’s armed forces.

In his statement, Bugti said Afridi’s comments were disrespectful to the martyrs of the Pakistan Army and served only to please the country’s eternal enemies.

He stated that such irresponsible statements hurt the sentiments of national security institutions and the defenders of the country.
