DUKKI: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Duki, Muhammad Naeem Khan, paid surprise visits to few government schools in the district to monitor attendence, classroom activities, and overall performance of the institutions. He was accompanied by RTSM Head, Muhammad Jamil Khan Nasir, during the inspections.
The schools visited included: Government Girls Middle School Gul Muhammad Istrana, Government Boys Primary School Abdul Rehman ,Government Boys Middle School Jangal Balochan Government Boys Primary School Khurot Abad, Government Boys Primary School Swat Colony.
In this sense, the DC Dukki checked attendance registers of both teachers and students, while also inspecting various classrooms to observe the learning environment.
He interacted with students and reviewed their academic progress, focusing on the need for quality education and discipline in schools.
Furthermore, he expressed dissatisfaction over the absence of some teachers, DC Muhammad Naeem Khan directed the Education Department to submit a detailed report and initiate strict disciplinary action against those found negligent.
He said that negligence in duty would not be tolerated, particularly in a sector as vital as education.

Moreover, the Deputy Commissioner further instructed teachers to perform their duties with dedication, punctuality, and sincerity, noting that their role was crucial in ensuring the academic growth of students.
He mentioned that schools are the backbone of national progress and their improvement remains one of the top priorities of the district administration.
He also assured that the district administration would continue monitoring educational institutions regularly to ensure transparency, accountability, and better learning outcomes.
In this sense, the local educational representatives accompanying the Deputy Commissioner confirmed their dedication to implementing reforms and ensuring discipline across all government schools in Duki district.

The surprise visits by DC Naeem Khan were widely viewed as a step towards supporting accountability within the education system and improving the standard of teaching and learning in public schools.
