Quetta – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and Member of the Provincial Assembly, Haji Ali Madad Jatak, has said that Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, will complete his five-year tenure and rumors about his removal are baseless.
He expressed these views on Thursday while talking informally to journalists after the Balochistan Assembly session.
Ali Madad Jatak stated that Ali Hassan Zehri is a lion, whether he “lays an egg or gives birth,” while Mir Sarfraz Bugti is a bold and strong Chief Minister who will serve his full term.
He further said that the Pakistan Peoples Party, Pakistan Muslim League (N), and all coalition partners stand firmly with the Chief Minister.
According to him, people may say many things while dreaming, but there is no threat whatsoever to the Chief Minister. “After five years, we will return to our constituencies, contest elections again, and come back,” he added.
Jatak also clarified that no one has taken over anyone’s office.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, has emerged as a strong and influential political leader in the province.
Known for his firm stance on governance, security, and development, Bugti has focused on bringing stability to Balochistan through decisive measures against militancy and corruption.
He has repeatedly emphasized that good governance and transparency are central to his agenda, calling corruption the biggest hurdle in achieving peace and progress.
As Chief Minister, Bugti has worked to strengthen administrative systems by promoting digital reforms, efficient use of development funds, and improved law-and-order mechanisms.
His leadership style is often described as bold and pragmatic, with a strong emphasis on merit and accountability.
Backed by coalition partners, he enjoys significant political support within the provincial assembly.
