QUETTA: Governor of Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, has said that the government’s tireless efforts and strategic educational planning are now beginning to yield visible results in the province.
Governor Mandokhail highlighted for the first time, five talented students from the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) Zhob Campus have been selected to pursue further studies in China, he described as a new chapter in academic excellence.
Regarding transforming Zhob division into a key educational hub, Governor said that this long-held dream is now close to realization. He acknowledged the initial challenges in ensuring the full functionality of educational institutions in Zhob and maintaining teacher attendance. He also praised the Department of Education and the district administration for their commendable efforts.
During a meeting with Coordinator to the Governor, Shehryar Khan Mandokhail, BUITEMS Zhob Campus Rector Dr. Abdussalam Lodhi, and Professor Abdul Rehman, Principal of Boys Degree College Zhob, he said that our university campuses and colleges in Zhob are progressing steadily, and their positive impact is becoming more evident with each passing day.
He also announced plans to host a major educational seminar at the divisional level in Zhob, calling it a vital step in shaping the region’s academic future. He directed his coordinator to accelerate preparations by coordinating with relevant officials and education experts.
