CHAGAI: Deputy Commissioner of Chagai, Ata Ul Munim, has banned the installation of hidden compartments and additional fuel tanks in buses and other passenger vehicles in Chagai district.
According to the notification issued by the DC office, the directive follows the instructions of the Balochistan Government’s Department of Transport. All transport operators have been ordered to immediately remove any such unauthorized modifications from their vehicles.

District administration have warned that during inspections, if any vehicle is found in violation of this ban, strict legal action will be taken under the Motor Vehicle Ordinance of 1965. Additionally, the vehicle will be taken into government custody and its route permit will be revoked.
