QUETTA: The Balochistan government has decided to further strengthen Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), to address the ongoing security concerns in the province.
According to reports, the Balochistan government has claimed that the federal government will provide a grant of ten billion rupees to strengthen CTD. The federal government will provide this amount as a non-development grant.

The reports further said that the government is facing difficulties regarding law and order in Balochistan, this financial aid aims to strengthen the CTD’s capabilities in maintaining peace and combating terrorism.
