Pakistan decides to extend airspace ban on Indian flights for one month

KARACHI: Pakistan has extended airspace ban for Indian aircraft for another month.

According to details, Pakistan extended the ban until September 23, 2025 and a new NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) issued by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), it stated that Indian planes will have to stay out of Pakistani skies until the extended deadline.

It is worthy to notify that Pakistan had first shut its skies for Indian flights on 23 April 2025, following the outbreak of the ongoing conflict between the two countries.

By stretching the ban for another month, Pakistan has sent a clear signal that tensions are far from cooling down.
