QUETTA: President of Awami National Party (ANP), Senator Aimal Wali Khan has announced that a resolution will soon be submitted in the Balochistan Assembly to oppose the recently passed Mines and Minerals Act from the provincial assembly.
While addressing a press conference after an All Parties Conference (APC) organized by the Awami National Party (ANP) in Quetta on Saturday, Senator Aimal Wali strongly criticized the Mines and Minerals Act. Aimal directed his party’s parliamentary leader to immediately submit a resolution of opposition in the Balochistan Assembly.

Aimal further said that all political parties will jointly challenge the act in court, emphasizing that the legislation is against the interests of Balochistan and its people.
