Four FC personnel martyred in Karak ambush by Fitna-ul-Hindustan militants

KARAK: As many as four FC personnel martyred after militants from the Fitna-ul-Hindustan terrorists opened indiscriminate fire on a vehicle of FC personnel, in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, on Wednesday.

According to local media reports, the Indian sponsored militants from the Fitna-ul-Hindustan terrorists opened fire on a vehicle of FC personnel within the limits of Gargri police station in Amankot Tawe area of Karak district.

The FC personnel were on field security duty and were leaving in the vehicle when armed men who had already set up an ambush on the top of the mountain suddenly attacked them. As a result of heavy firing, 4 personnel were martyred on the spot. Lance Naik Mahmood Shah, Sepoy Shahid, Sepoy Rauf and Driver were among the martyred personnel.

Immediately after the incident, security forces and police surrounded the area and a search operation is underway in the mountainous areas to find the attackers.

While expressing his grief over the incident, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi condemned the attack by Fitna-ul-Hindustan terrorists on a vehicle of FC personnel in Karak and paid tribute to the 3 personnel and the driver who were martyred.
