QUETTA: Deputy commissioner Quetta Mehrullah Badini has advised the district officers to get Quetta schools freed from the occupation.
A high-level meeting was held in Quetta. The deputy commissioner of Quetta Mehrullah Badini headed the meeting.
The DC was briefed about the educational institutes in Quetta.
The DC was briefed about the elements who have illegally occupied many school buildings for their business uses.
He stressed the officer to immediately remove the illegal occupation from the schools.
He noted that no such occupation on educational institute will be tolerated.
He asked the concerned officer to launch a clearance operation and take strict actions against all such people.
It is worth mentioning that till May, as many as 629 schools were recorded in both government and private sector.
Some 31 percent of them are run in the rural areas. Such buildings are occupied by the landlords and the notables for non-educational purpose.
The occupation leads to the exclusion of students from the schools which grows the illiteracy.
