QUETTA: As many as two suspects were killed in an exchange of fire in the Saydali area of Jhal Magsi.
According to police sources, the force tried to stop a suspicious car in the limit of Gandawah City Police Station, in which two men and two women were riding. On seeing the police personnel, the driver of the cars drove away and tried to snatch a motorcycle from a citizen while leaving the car in the Kache area near Saydali, which led to an exchange of fire between local residents and the suspects. As a result of the firing, both men died on the spot.
Police personnel reached the spot and took the bodies into custody. Police also arrested two women in the car for further investigations. An identity card was found in the pocket of one of the deceased, on which the name Javed Ahmed son of Muhammad Ahmed, belonging to Gajan Tehsil Gandawah, District Jhal Magsi, was recorded.

The other deceased person has been identified as Waseem son of Abdul Aziz, a resident of Multan. Further investigation is underway by the Levies Force.
