QUETTA: Levies force has successfully foiled a terrorist attack on the Levies station in Kardigap area of Balochistan.
According to details, the terrorist attack was repelled by alert and courageous Levies personnel. The unknown gunmen assailants launched a sudden and cowardly attack on the Levies station, opening fire without warning.
The Levies force responded immediately with bravely and a well-coordinated counterattack and it forced the attackers to flee the scene, preventing any major damage or casualties among the local population.
According to sources, two levies personnel were injured during the exchange of fire and were immediately shifted to a nearby medical facility for treatment. Their condition is reported to be stable.
Security forces have launched a search operation in the surrounding areas to trace the attackers.
