KARACHI: In a major breakthrough, law enforcement agencies have arrested four terrorists linked to India’s intelligence agency RAW.
The arrests followed an intelligence-based operation conducted in Karachi’s Korangi Industrial Area, where the suspects were reportedly involved in planning and carrying out activities that posed a serious threat to national security.
The suspects had ties with anti-state elements and were allegedly operating under direct instructions from RAW handlers based across the border.
The group was tasked with carrying out bomb blasts, creating unrest, and targeting sensitive installations.
The police recovered weapons, explosives, and Indian currency from their possession.
According to intelligence sources, the network had been active in smuggling explosives from India into Pakistan via border areas.
The arrested individuals also had contact with Indian BSF personnel, and during interrogation, they confessed to receiving training and financial aid from Indian operatives.
Further investigations are underway to uncover more links and plans.

The operation was carried out under the supervision of the SIU/CIA (Special Investigation Unit/Crime Investigation Agency), who confirmed that solid evidence has been found against the suspects. The authorities are continuing the crackdown against foreign-backed anti-state elements
