ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Interior has officially designated all proscribed terrorist organizations operating in Balochistan under the collective title of “Fitna Al-Hindustan.”
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Interior, all militant groups involved in subversive activities within Balochistan, including the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), will now be referred to as “Fitna Al-Hindustan,” a term the government says reflects the true ideological agenda, motives, and foreign backing of these groups.
“The change aims to reflect the true nature and ideology of these Terrorist Organizations and Groups and nefarious designs of India against the people of Pakistan,” the Ministry of Interior stated in its press release.

The Ministry of Interior has directed all provincial and federal law enforcement agencies to adopt the new terminology in official communication and counterterrorism operations going forward.
