Indian propaganda machinery reactivates after Sorab attack

QUETTA: In the outskirts of Sorab, Balochistan, a group of BLA terrorists—operating under the influence of India—attempted to incite fear by firing in civilian-populated areas. However, security forces responded swiftly, cordoned off the area, and launched a counter-operation. As a result, two terrorists were neutralized on the spot, while the rest fled in panic.

Meanwhile, a wave of misinformation was launched on Indian social media platforms, falsely claiming that hundreds of militants attacked Sorab and inflicted heavy casualties on Pakistani forces. These baseless claims were propagated through fake accounts such as “Bahoot Baloch alias Deepik,” “Onset,” and “Kashmir Fact,” all designed to spread fear and distrust within Pakistan.

It has become increasingly evident that the BLA operates under direct Indian patronage, with instructions to destabilize local populations originating from abroad. The premature circulation of attack reports by Indian media and social platforms further exposes these hostile intentions.

Pakistan’s security forces not only eliminated the terrorists but also sent a clear message to their facilitators and sponsors: no conspiracy against the state will succeed. The protection of the public and national sovereignty will be upheld at all costs.
