UK vows to investigate the matter of illegal content

ISLAMABAD: The British High Commission has said that the government Pakistan can share the illegal content to the British Police.

According to the spokesperson of the British High Commssion has said that the police and the prosecutors in UK work independently.

If the content material is found illegal, the police will launch criminal investigation of the matter.

Any such content that violates the law of UK, can be held under criminal investigation.

The foreign government ought to submit the illegal content to the police Liaison. The UK Police will personally review the content.

Pakistan’s Foreign Office initially wrote a letter to the British government over the incident occurring in Bradford yesterday.

It is worth mentioning that the Foreign Office of Pakistan had issued a demarche to the Acting High Commissioner of UK in Islamabad over the incident that occurred in the Bradford city in England.

The demarche wrote that a political party called people for a protest outside the Pakistani Consulate in Bradford.

The content shared on the social media through an official account of a political party threaten to kill Field Marshal of Pakistan CDF Asim Munir in a car-bomb attack.

The Pakistan goverment calls a clear and decisive stance against the protest outside Pakistani Consulate.

The government has said that such incidents cause illusions in the bilateral terms of the two countries.

The Pakistan’s Foreign Office Further said that credible and decisive investigation of the incident will a great step ahead for relaions between the two countries ensuring the enhancement of trust-based cooperation.
