Khuzdar – A young Christian man from Balochistan, Shahzad Masih, has brought pride to his province by successfully passing the Balochistan Public Service Commission examination.
Belonging to a minority community that has traditionally been engaged in sanitation services across the province for generations, Shahzad has broken through longstanding barriers of marginalization.
These communities have played a vital role in keeping cities and towns clean, yet due to persistent poverty, regional underdevelopment, and administrative neglect, they have rarely had access to higher education and opportunities for advancement.
Despite these harsh realities, Shahzad Masih has shattered the cycle of generational disadvantage. By clearing the competitive exam, he has proven that change is possible when individuals take responsibility for their own future rather than blaming fate, the system, or those in power.
His success sends a powerful message of resilience and self-reliance, offering inspiration to disheartened and disillusioned youth.
Shahzad has rewritten his and his family’s destiny through hard work and perseverance. Rather than blaming circumstances, he chose to challenge them.
Today, he stands as a beacon of hope and a role model, especially for the youth of Balochistan who may feel lost or misguided.
