QUETTA: Rain is expected over the next two days in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan. According to the Meteorological Department, westerly winds entering the region are likely to bring rainfall to the city on Friday and Saturday.

Meanwhile, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued alerts for heavy rainfall and potential urban flooding in several cities across Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Relevant departments have been put on high alert, and precautionary measures have been advised in advance.
