Quetta: Two police personnel were martyred in an armed attack in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan.
According to sources, unknown armed men opened fire on police officials in the Eastern Bypass area of Quetta, resulting in the martyrdom of two police officers.
The bodies of the slain officers have been shifted to a hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to apprehend the attackers.
