ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan, during her weekly press briefing, strongly condemned the persistent and grave human rights violations in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, stating that such atrocities have continued for decades.
He further alleged that India is actively interfering in Balochistan through its proxies, who are involved in acts of terrorism and violence. Pakistan, he added, is consistently highlighting these concerns at all relevant international platforms.
His remarks come in the wake of a tragic terrorist attack in the Dub Sarha Dakei area of Zhob district, where armed militants intercepted a passenger bus, identified specific individuals, and brutally killed nine passengers.
The victims, all of whom were from Punjab, were later transported to the Punjab-Balochistan border near Bowata and handed over to authorities in Dera Ghazi Khan.
A case has been filed at the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in Zhob under charges of murder and terrorism.
