ISLAMABAD: The Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (North) held an open public forum at its headquarters in Sui. The event brought together the FC Inspector General, Deputy Commissioner of Dera Bugti, local administration, and tribal elders.
Officials said the forum focused on resolving public issues, maintaining security, and promoting development and welfare through coordinated strategies.
FC Balochistan (North) IG said the province’s path to progress depends on peace and unity. He praised locals for thwarting terrorist plots and stressed the need to jointly counter anti-state elements. He highlighted the vital role of tribal elders in sustaining law and order.
Tribal elders welcomed the initiative. They said the forum provided a platform to raise local concerns, and the IG assured them of action. They acknowledged FC sacrifices in maintaining security and public safety.

Participants discussed education, healthcare, road conditions in Dera Bugti and Kashmor, and broader security issues. They emphasized that peace and prosperity in Balochistan require cooperation among the government, security forces, administration, and tribal leaders.
