ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s security forces killed eight Indian-sponsored militants in a precision drone strike in the Noshki district of Balochistan on Wednesday.
According to security sources, the operation was launched after intelligence and drone surveillance detected the movement of armed men near a hideout in a remote area of Noshki.
Video released by security sources appears to show aerial surveillance of a small structure identified as a hideout of the militants associated with Fitna al Hindustan before it was struck. The footage includes on-screen markings indicating the presence of six to eight individuals inside the compound.

Security sources said the strike targeted members of the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), which Pakistan, US, UK and Australia designate as a terrorist organisation. They said eight militants were killed in the operation.
Officials described the strike as part of an ongoing campaign against militant groups operating in Balochistan. There was no immediate comment from the BLA on the claim.
