MUMBAI: Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have welcomed their second child, a baby girl, nearly two years after the birth of their first daughter, Dua.
The couple announced the arrival on social media through a simple post featuring a baby’s footprint and the message, “Welcome Baby Girl!” The announcement was dated September 19, 2026, and signed by “Dua, Deepika & Ranveer.”

Deepika and Ranveer had announced their second pregnancy in April 2026. In the weeks leading up to the birth, the couple shared glimpses of their maternity journey and were also seen visiting Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings.
Their relationship began after they worked together on the 2013 film Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. They reportedly got engaged privately in 2015 before marrying in an intimate ceremony at Lake Como, Italy, in November 2018.
Both actors have established successful careers in Bollywood. Deepika has appeared in films including Piku, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and Pathaan, while Ranveer has starred in projects such as Band Baaja Baaraat, Lootera, Bajirao Mastani, Gully Boy, 83 and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
