ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti visited Afridi House in Islamabad on Monday. He offered condolences to veteran politician Haji Shameem Khan Afridi over the death of his son, Senator Abbas Khan Afridi.
CM Bugti expressed deep sorrow and called the senator’s death a great loss for national politics. He said Senator Abbas Afridi’s services to the country and nation are unforgettable.
The Chief Minister described Abbas Afridi as an active, sharp, and patriotic politician. He noted that the senator always raised a strong voice for tribal rights.
Bugti said Senator Afridi championed national unity, democracy, and harmony through his speeches and legislation.

He called the senator’s political career an inspiration for the youth.
