According to a televised report, An IED bomb exploded with a mighty blast in Quetta’s Saryab Road near Shahwani Stadium. 11 people lost their lives in the IED explosion.
The security forces have arrived on the spot of explosion and started collecting the evidences of the bomb explosion.
The injured people are quickly shifted to the hospital.In an exclusive talk to Buraq Digital, the sources have said that this attack is carried out by Akhtar Mengal, whose sit-inn was neutralized by the Security forces. The sources stressed that if any such evidence of Mengal’s involvement is found, the responsible persons will be severally punished.
Quetta Blast at Political Gathering Leaves Four Dead, Several Injured
The tragic incident occurred on Saryab Road when a suicide bomber targeted a political gathering at Shahwani Stadium, Kechi Baig, late Saturday night. The event was organized by the Balochistan National Party (BNP) to mark the fourth death anniversary of Attaullah Mengal, father of party leader Sardar Akhtar Mengal.
According to initial reports, people began assembling at the venue around 4:00 pm, with BNP chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal and Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party leader Mehmood Khan Achakzai among the prominent figures in attendance. The crowd was estimated at 2,500 to 3,000 participants.
Witnesses stated that speeches were delivered during the gathering, some of which allegedly contained strong and critical rhetoric. Both Mengal and Achakzai departed the venue at around 9:30 pm. Merely 15 minutes later, at approximately 9:45 pm, a suicide bomber detonated explosives, causing devastation among the dispersing crowd.
So far, four individuals have been confirmed dead while eight others sustained injuries. Rescue teams rushed the injured to nearby hospitals, and security forces cordoned off the area. Authorities are working to ascertain further details, while investigations into the attack are underway.
The security forces have affirmed that Fitna al Hindustan Militants will be routed out from Balochistan and the armed forces of Pakistan will bring peace and stability with the help of people of Balochistan.
Meanwhile, In another terrorist attack in KP’s area of Banu, five Indian-sponsored militants were killed, and five soldiers were martyred.
This terrorist attack clearly appears to have been a pre-planned act, as the suicide bomber struck moments after Akhtar Mengal had already left the venue, killing innocent people while he remained completely unharmed.
A similar incident had also taken place earlier this year, on March 30, during one of his gatherings at Lak Pass. This seems to be part of Akhtar Mengal’s failed attempt to revive his dwindling political relevance, as the people of Balochistan have already rejected this self-serving tribal leader. By resorting to such vile tactics, he is trying to pursue his own political interests.
Akhtar Mengal should be ashamed of sacrificing innocent Baloch lives merely to please his patrons and to secure petty political gains.

The militants aimed to break the security circle through a bomb attack. Some three civilians were also injured in the militant’s attack. All the five Fitna al Hindustan militants were killed.
