Fitna al Hindustan key commander Abdul Razaq killed in Iran

QUETTA: Abdul Razaq, a key commander of the internationally designated terrorist group Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) has been neutralised by unknown assailants in Iran near Pakistan border.

According to reports, Abdul Razaq alias Nako, a key commander of the Indian proxy BLA and involved in the martyrdom of LNK Ameer Hamza, was targeted in Zamran region, near Pakistan-Iran border

According to security sources, Nako was a senior local commander and a critical liaison within the BLA network. Despite being listed by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) as a “missing person,” he was in fact leading militant activities from his residence in the border village of Peer.

Nako was reportedly leading a group of 20–25 militants, with a dedicated security detail of 8–10 guards constantly around him. He specialised in preparing improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and landmines, which he regularly dispatched into Balochistan. He supplied explosives to several notorious commanders, including Dil Jan alias Laal and Shahak alias Hamal.

Intelligence reports revealed that Nako lured children and teenage boys from border villages into militancy with promises of money and weapons. He also smuggled arms disguised as local shepherds and used Iranian territory as cover to launch attacks inside Pakistan.

On the night between October 1 and 2, security forces launched a precision strike at the border. Using infrared laser technology for target identification, the first bullet struck one of Nako’s guards. As he attempted to escape, a single accurate shot brought him down within moments, ending his militant career.

Officials said Nako’s death has broken a critical supply line of explosives and IEDs to the insurgency in Balochistan.
