Bibi Nani bridge collapse: Railways launches shuttle service for public convenienc

QUETTA: Pakistan Railways has started a shuttle service from Sibi to Quetta for the convenience of the public due to the collapse of Bibi Nani Bridge, on Tuesday.

Railway officials told media that the Bibi Nani Bridge on National Highway N-65 has been severely damaged due to the flood in the Bolan River.

According to report, the disstrict administration immediately stopped the movement of large and small vehicles from the said bridge and later taking steps, the movement of small vehicles was restored, while the movement of large vehicles was banned.

Keeping in mind the convenience of the public, the railway administration has started a shuttle service from Sibi to Quetta.

On Tuesday afternoon at 2 pm, a shuttle train departed from Sibi to Quetta carrying passengers.
