Baloch National Movement’s baseless anti-Pakistan propaganda exposed in UK

LONDON: The Baloch National Movement (BNM) once again exposed its anti-Pakistan agenda abroad, as its baseless propaganda in the United Kingdom fell apart when confronted with facts.

According to official sources, the BNM organised the demonstration under the direction of India’s intelligence agency, RAW, to discredit Pakistan and promote misleading claims about Balochistan.

The protest, however, backfired when a female journalist questioned participants about the situation in Zehri, exposing their lack of knowledge.

Video footage showed that most demonstrators were unable to answer basic questions about recent events in Zehri. Several admitted they had never visited Balochistan, while others refused to respond. The journalist later reported that many participants were foreign nationals allegedly hired through lobbying networks to join the protest.

“The protesters didn’t even know the names of the people or children in the photos they were holding,” the journalist said, describing the event as a paid publicity stunt built on fabricated claims.

Observers described the demonstration as a staged exercise in propaganda, designed to project false narratives from abroad.

Local reports from Zehri indicate that residents had recently alerted authorities to the presence of militants linked to the group Fitna al-Hindustan, accused of carrying out foreign-backed anti-state operations. Security forces subsequently launched an intelligence-led operation with local support, clearing the area and restoring order.

Officials confirmed that Zehri has now returned to normal, with roads open, markets active, and schools operating without disruption.

Authorities said growing cooperation between local communities and the state has strengthened peace and stability in Balochistan — a reality that contradicts the narratives pushed by groups operating from abroad.

Analysts said the episode highlights how externally sponsored organizations continue to exploit narratives of “missing persons” and “deprivation” to destabilize Pakistan, but their claims falter when confronted with on-ground facts.
