MUZAFFARABAD: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Monday voted out Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq through a no-confidence motion and elected PPP lawmaker Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore as the new leader of the House.
