Quetta: Balochistan Interior Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau stated that a conspiracy is underway to deliberately destabilize Balochistan.
Speaking at a press conference alongside Additional Secretary Interior Hamza Shafqat and DIG Counter Terrorism Department, the minister said Afghan soil is being used against Pakistan.
“We do not want war with Afghanistan,” he said.
Security forces arrested Afghan terrorist Habibullah along with his three accomplices.
Habibullah received terrorist training in Kabul. The suspect obtained a Pakistani identity card with the help of his relatives in Karachi.
Authorities are checking NADRA records to determine how the fake CNIC was issued.
Habibullah is also involved in the drug trade. The minister clarified that Pakistan has no enmity with the people of Afghanistan.
“Anyone who looks at Pakistan with evil intentions, we will gouge out their eyes,” the minister warned.
He added that thousands of intelligence-based operations were conducted during the past year.
The arrested terrorist Habibullah’s brother is a TTP commander.
The minister urged the Afghan people to put pressure on their government to end the war.
Habibullah was previously arrested and was involved in the killing of two FC personnel.
The Interior Minister stated that enemies are actively involved in conspiracies against Pakistan, and Afghan citizens are involved in terrorist activities inside the country.
He said India is unable to digest its defeat in the recent conflict and cannot erase its humiliation.
