Fate of Balochistan won’t be decided at gunpoint

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, while addressing a rally in Quetta held to celebrate the Pakistan Army’s recent victory, lauded the military’s role as the nation’s first line of defense.

He stated that the way the armed forces confronted Indian aggression is highly commendable, and the people of Balochistan are deeply grateful.

He emphasized that Balochistan has always raised its voice in support of Pakistan and will continue to do so. The Chief Minister further added that the Pakistan Army has crushed India’s arrogance, earning the admiration of the entire nation.

He also expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Army Chief, declaring that the people of Balochistan will never forget this act of valor.

Sarfaraz Bugti stated that terrorists are not killing Punjabis, Sindhis, or Pashtuns—they are targeting Pakistanis.

He questioned the nature of a war that attempts to push the Baloch nation into conflict.

He emphasized that the state has not yet fully launched its operation, but if it does, the outcome will be like that of May 10—ending in the state’s victory. He firmly added that no one will be allowed to decide the fate of Balochistan’s people at gunpoint.
